Community
Nursing Care

We provide professional nursing support for individuals with high care needs. Our qualified nurses deliver post-operative and hospitalisation care, medication management and supervision, dementia support, clinical assessments, and personalised health advice.
Daily
Personal Activities

We support participants with day-to-day personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and managing household routines. Our goal is to promote independence, comfort, and wellbeing at home.
Community Participation

We help participants engage in community life by supporting activities such as shopping, attending medical appointments, visiting family and friends, or joining recreational and social events. These opportunities encourage inclusion, confidence, and social connection.
Household Tasks

We assist with household chores that may be difficult to manage independently, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and home maintenance. Our support helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Travel and Transportation

We provide safe and reliable travel assistance, enabling participants to attend appointments, community events, and social activities. This support promotes independence, mobility, and confidence in accessing the community.
Life Stage, Transition, and Support

We offer guidance and assistance as participants navigate different life stages and transitions. Our services include coordinating supports, finding suitable housing, and facilitating mentoring, coaching, and mental health recovery planning.

Compassion and empathy Maria had. Very supportive. I no longer feel alone.
Maria is very helpful and informative. Makes the future more positive to move forward.
I think Maria’s love and compassion are as important as the knowledge she gave us.
I was made to feel “normal”. Maria has a knack of explaining things and made me feel ok with what I was going through.
Giving me more confidence in how I should cope. To take onboard any help offered.
It’s more than support. I have a sturdy pole I can rely on. No matter what happens and before I fall flat on my face, I know I always have a pole to hold on to.
Maria was thrown into our situation where my husband was sent home prematurely without core support, care plan or modifications. She gave us her expertise, emotional support in the hardest of times. She’s been proactive, transparent, and kind… She brings a scientific nursing background but has a holistic approach to care. She’s taken a load off my shoulders liaising with specialists, coordinating care, and making things happen.
Thank you Maria for your timely communication and care. Your support has helped keep our NDIS participant safe & supported, helping them manage their funds between multiple care & equipment providers.
Maria is highly capable, driven and professional in all areas. It won't be a surprise to me to see her business grow and flourish under her guidance. Specifically, I have seen her calm in stressful environments, and able to think clearly and act decisively when needed. Exactly the type of person you need in this situation!
